Roles of contact persons in deals and projects

The directory is intended for registering a list of options for the role participation of contact persons when concluding deals with customers.
For each role, its brief name is indicated (for example, Influencer) and a description of the role entity (for example, Does not have decision-making authority, but their opinion is taken into account).

Information about the roles of contact persons is used in analyzing the environment of a deal with a customer to identify a list of individuals who can influence its successful execution.

Example. The role Decision Maker is added to the list of contact person roles with the following description: Makes the final decision on procurement. When processing a deal with a customer, a contact person is added to the deal environment, and their role is specified as Decision Maker. When viewing the deal environment, a manager can see information about the person who can influence the course of the deal, contact them, and ensure the success of the deal with maximum efficiency.
